Cooperate with vinova digital by providing all necessary information, materials, and access to resources required for the provision of services.
Provide timely feedback and approvals throughout the work process to ensure smooth delivery of services.
The Client shall pay vinova digital the fees set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal.
In the event of late payment, vinova digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services until payments are up to date.
Vinova Digital retains all intellectual property rights in any designs, code, software, or other deliverables created in connection with the Services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such deliverables for internal business purposes only
Vinova Digital handles each project professionally to deliver what is stipulated in the proposal. Please note the following refund conditions:
Initial Design Concepts:
Once initial design concepts are approved or a revision is requested, any deposited fees will not be refunded, unless Vinova Digital cancels or terminates the contract for reasons other than Client breach or non-performance.
Refund Request Timing:
Before Initial Concept Delivery: If you request a refund before the initial design concepts are delivered, you are eligible for a full refund less a 10% service and processing fee.
Within 48 Hours After Delivery: A refund request submitted within 48 hours after receiving the initial design concepts will be eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service fee).
Between 48 and 120 Hours After Delivery: A refund request in this period will be eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service fee).
After 120 Hours: No refund requests will be considered.
Additional Conditions:
If no action is taken on the order within 30 days, the Client is not eligible for a refund.
Once final files have been delivered or the website is launched, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds for video animation packages are not available once the storyboard has been approved.
Refund requests due to a change of mind or personal reasons are not eligible.
If a Client is found to have engaged multiple design agencies for the same project to claim a refund, Vinova Digital reserves the right to decline the refund request.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 12-15 business days.
Non-Refundable Services:
Services such as website hosting, domain purchase, SSL certificates, website maintenance, SEO plans, social media marketing, and advertising campaigns are not eligible for refunds.
Vinova Digital offers two types of refund policies:
a. Money-Back Guarantee:
Applicable for certain services within 24 hours of purchase. If unsatisfied, the Client may request a refund within this timeframe, subject to applicable fees.
b. Non-Returnable Services:
Certain custom or personalized services that have been used or consumed are non-refundable.
To request a refund, the Client must contact our customer service with proof of purchase, the reason for the refund, and any additional required information. The refund decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Vinova Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be posted on our website.
